Music teacher

Melodica Music and Dance School located in the UAE.

We are actively looking for Vocal and Piano teachers for 7 new schools scheduled to open in 2023:

Terms of contact:

2 years contact

30 days of paid vacation after each year

The company pays for tickets, work visa and health insurance

Salary $1,905 + allowances from the sale of musical instruments and monthly bonuses for student attendance

42 working hours per week, 1 day off per week

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in music or music education
• Conversational English skills (3month free classes provided by Melodica)
• Professional in at least one (1) musical instrument with a solid foundation in music theory
• Teachers who can also teach piano or another musical instrument at a beginner level will be given preference

Responsibilities:

• Teach music theory, aural skills, sight-reading and practical techniques to students
• Assess students' abilities, provide feedback and compile reports
• Continuously update professional knowledge and expertise, as appropriate, to keep up to date with developments in teaching practice and methodology, in general, and in the curriculum area of Music
